The hotel had a great location for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, with modern amenities such as Japanese-style toilets. The breakfast spread was extensive and of good quality.

The hotel name was difficult to find, with a sign that was not very visible. The walls in the rooms were thin, leading to some noise from neighboring guests.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious escape. The hotel offered exclusive amenities including a stunning rooftop pool with a sun terrace, a Spa & wellness centre, and a jacuzzi. The massage and body scrub were excellent at the Spa centre with a relaxing spa lounge, treatment rooms and a steam room. The room was very spacious with large windows and it had full body massage facilities. The restaurant was also an experience to remember with a variety of dishes and a poolside snack bar. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the private facilities were exceptional. The location was very convenient with lots of good places for massage nearby.

The only minor issue we had was the lack of drawer space in the room for storage. this hotel was an exceptional experience - exclusive amenities were fulfilled.

The staff at Le Meridien provide exceptional service. When we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and made to feel at home immediately. We were particularly impressed with the front office team members, Kem and Boy, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel itself is well-maintained and conveniently located, just a stone's throw away from the Sala Daeng BTS station. The highlight of our stay was the excellent pool service provided by Ying, who made sure we felt welcome and comfortable by the pool. I highly recommend this hotel for its flawless service and impeccable location.

The counter space in the bathrooms may be a bit tight for toiletries, especially for those traveling with more than one person.

Fantastic service, especially from the concierge and doorman. They always greet you warmly and sincerely. The corner room with a city view was impressive, and the bed was comfortable. Conveniently located with Burger King, Starbucks, and many Japanese restaurants nearby. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of international cuisine. The pool, although small, creates a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
